A friendly visit to look at your chimney, listen to your concerns and give you a clear written estimate with no pressure.
Every good project begins with a conversation. Before we quote anything, we want to see your chimney, hear what is bothering you and understand what you want to get out of it. That is the purpose of our visit: to listen, to look closely and to give you honest options.
After the visit, you receive a written estimate that lists what is included, the materials we propose and the steps in the work. If your project is a new installation, such as a stove, insert or gas fireplace, we bring samples and sketches so you can picture the result. There is no pressure to decide on the spot, and there is no fee for the visit. Many owners tell us the best part of the visit is simply getting a straight answer about what is urgent and what can wait, from someone who works on chimneys every day.
We walk through the house and the roof, ask about your fireplace, how you use it and any problems you have noticed, and take photos and measurements.
We explain what is urgent, what can wait and what is optional. You get the choices in plain language.
Estimates list the scope, materials and steps in clear terms so you can compare them with others.
Take your time. We are happy to answer questions and adjust the scope with you.
